Why I’m torn on this

The location is unbeatable, right next to the promenade, and the staff are truly welcoming and friendly, making our stay memorable.

The food quality was disappointing, with limited variety and often bland flavors, and noise from entertainment activities was often disruptive.

i almost thought about giving this hotel a good review, but then i remembered the noise everywhere and children running rampant without supervision. my room was cramped and old—definitley needed a makeover. i also can't believe no one offered me an upgrade after all these inconveniences—how rude! i guess a little more special treatment is too much to ask around here.

Staff engaging with kids, making them feel special. Aqua park slides not open during peak times, leaving children disappointed. Room decor outdated, lacking modern amenities. Close to beach, easy access for families.

Fantastic pool area, but food could be better

The excellent pool facilities were the highlight of our stay, featuring stunning slides that kept both kids and adults entertained. The friendly bar staff really made an effort to remember our drink preferences, which enhanced our time by the pool. While we enjoyed freshly prepared omelets at breakfast, the main dining options were often hit or miss, lacking sufficient variety and taste during dinner.

The breakfast buffet was a feast of fresh seasonal fruits and a delightful spread of local delicacies that fueled our adventures. The comfy bed ensured a solid night's sleep after long days exploring Roquetas. The location was stellar, just a hop to the beach!

While the hotel buzzed with excitement, the noise level was off the charts, making it tough to find a chill spot. Kids were racing around unchecked, and the room felt dated and cramped, needing a bit of love.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful 7-night stay. The room was well-insulated against noise, which was a relief given how busy the area was. The animation team did a fantastic job in keeping both kids and adults engaged, and Santi, the lifeguard, was particularly attentive and playful with the children. The pool facilities were a great way for us to relax and enjoy family time, even though it was quite popular and busy at times.

The poolside snack bar was great, but Wi-Fi connection was poor during our stay.

The location is unbeatable, right by a lovely beach and a great promenade. We especially appreciated the spacious room with a side sea view, perfect for our family and our dog. The kids loved the pools, which kept them entertained all day!

The animation team truly shone during our stay! They kept both kids and adults engaged with various activities. The lifeguard, Santi, was particularly attentive to the children, which gave us peace of mind. Plus, the sea view from our twin room created a wonderful atmosphere to wake up to. we loved enjoying our morning coffee while gazing at the ocean.

While I appreciated the vibrant atmosphere, the noise levels could sometimes be overwhelming.
